Yes! We make everything in house, from our broths, tares, and oils, right down to our very own noodles - which are crafted from artisanal Ontario wheat.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RULES AND POLICIES?
Crafty Ramen Market is dedicated to giving our customers a high-quality experience from start to finish in the process of ordering, shipping, and receiving our products in the best possible condition.
We work to maintain the highest standards of food safety in regards to shipping fresh products, and take many measures to ensure your food arrives cold. However, once we have passed the package on to our shipping partners, there are a number of things outside of our control that can affect the quality of your experience.
Crafty Ramen is unable to guarantee a time of delivery. Most of our shipping partners will deliver between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. If you are planning an event around the arrival of our food, we advise that you order to receive it 1-2 days before the event. Depending on which product you are receiving, it will retain freshness in the fridge for at least 3 days and in the freezer for up to 1 month (and in many cases more).
Crafty Ramen is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
Crafty Ramen does not require a signature for the delivery of its packages. As products are fresh and shipped cold, our shipping partners are unable to store them. Please order our products when you know you will be available to receive the package as near to the time of its delivery as possible.
Please double check your shipping information has been entered correctly. Customers are responsible for ensuring the name, address, and all other required information are correct. If you notice a mistake in your shipping information and have already placed your order, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the correction ASAP.
Due to the nature of shipping fresh food, we are unable to provide returns, refunds, or cancellations of any orders that have shipped.
If you have a problem with any part of your experience, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we will do what we can to make things right.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING TIME?
Most guests will receive their orders in 24-48 from the day we ship out.
HOW ARE MY FRESH PRODUCTS PACKED AND SHIPPED?
Crafty Ramen takes every measure necessary to ensure your fresh products are packed safely and arrive cold. We work to maintain the highest standards of food safety in regards to shipping fresh products. Products are packed and shipped using a combination of ice packs and cold-packaging. We have conducted a number of tests to ensure that these packages maintain food-safe temperatures throughout the shipping process.
WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED OUT?
Non-perishable items are shipped out every Wednesday for a 24-48 hour delivery for most orders. Order cut-off is Sundays at 11:59 PM. Orders are shipped out Wednesdays and Thursdays for deliveries in time for the weekend. (Placeholder we need to decide)
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Crafty Ramen does not require a signature on deliveries. It is up to the discretion of the individual carrier whether they feel it is safe to leave the package unattended at your door. If they decide it is not, you may have to retrieve your package from a mailroom when you are notified to do so. While we take every measure necessary to ensure your fresh products will arrive cold, you should plan to retrieve your package as soon as you can once it has been delivered, as you will want to get these items into the fridge/freezer.

CAN I ORDER JUST ONE KIT?
We offer single kits for in-restaurant pickup or through our retail channels. At this time, we are only able to offer kits that contain 2 servings.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE ON THE PRODUCT?
This is a fresh product that needs to be refrigerated/frozen immediately. Ramen Kits are best enjoyed fresh within 3 days, and can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month. Other products have different shelf lifes, please see the “Instructions/Storage” details on the corresponding page for each item.
WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?
We use a variety of the major carriers including Purolator, UPS, Canpar and Canada Post .
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We are currently shipping within Southwestern Ontario and the GTA, but will continue to expand our services as we are able.
WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE IN PLACE DUE TO COVID-19?
We continue to monitor the assessments and recommendations of Wellington County Public Health and Region of Waterloo Public Health and will adhere to their advice and guidelines pertaining to the outbreak in our area. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
On a day-to-day basis we take food safety as well as health and safety very seriously. We follow all public health requirements and guidelines on a daily basis and try to go above and beyond on their standards during normal operations. There is nothing more important to us than the well-being of our guests and crew-members. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have taken a hard look at our operating procedures and have implemented some changes to ensure we are doing everything we can so that our crew-members and guests feel safe while enjoying Crafty Ramen. We kindly ask our guests that if you’re not feeling well to please enjoy Crafty Ramen through our delivery channels, have someone pick up your meal for you, or visit us when you are feeling better.
